About the project
Heart Like a Wheel was released by Linda Ronstadt on Capitol Records in 1974. It has been the favorite album of singer Dianna Parks for decades. Parks struggled with which songs from the album to play in her cover band "Hoag Park" and one day had an idea -- what if we just play them all? She started sharing the idea with a few friends and it caught.
Parks and a band of talented friends will play the iconic album from beginning to end as part of a night of music on Friday, October 21, 2011 at 8:00 PM at the Barlow Event Center in Rochester, MN.
A sit down dinner prepared by Chef Johnny Mangouris will be available 6:00-8:00 PM, with tapas offered 8:00-12:00; full bar. http://www.barlowplaza.com/
